We have worked in Eindhoven and the surrounding towns for more than ten years. Our van carries cylinders, locks and tools, so most jobs are done in one visit. In an emergency our technician is usually with you within half an hour, from Strijp-S to Woensel.

You pay by debit card when the work is done and always receive an invoice with VAT. Dutch consumer organisations warn about locksmiths who will not name a price or demand cash. We name our price before we start.
In a rental home the locks usually belong to the landlord or the housing corporation. Check your rental contract before replacing a cylinder. Often it is allowed if you put the original back when you leave, so we keep the old one aside for you.
Being locked out is usually at the tenant's own expense. Housing corporations sometimes have their own emergency service for lock problems, so it can be worth checking that first.
